Airing from British Columbia, Canada, Nardwuar, originally John Ruskin before changing his name, got his start at the University of British Columbia radio station, CITR 101.9 FM. He has been running his show every Friday afternoon since October of 1987, taking call-ins and showing his listeners all the newest talent in music.
